โญ Reviews on autopilot

People trust reviews more than your website, your ads, and possibly your mother. But happy customers rarely leave reviews on their own โ€” they're too busy enjoying your excellent service. So we ask for you. Politely. Automatically. Relentlessly (in a nice way).

๐ŸŒŸ Your Google rating is about to go up. Your competitors' eyebrows are about to do the same.

Step 1: Connect your review links

In your dashboard, go to Reputation โ†’ Settings and add your Google and Facebook review links. This is the one slightly boring step. Reward yourself with a snack after.

Step 2: Build the review request workflow

Go to Automations โ†’ Create Workflow. Trigger: Appointment Completed or Deal Won โ€” strike while the happiness is fresh, like a comedian reading the room.

Step 3: Wait, then ask nicely

Add a Wait step (2โ€“3 hours โ€” let them bask in the glow), then an SMS with your review link:

โœ๏ธ Try: "Glad we could help today! If you have 30 seconds, a quick review would mean the world: {{review link}}" โ€” Short ask, big results. Nobody ever wrote a bad review because someone was polite.

Step 4: Handle the grumps privately

Pro move: first send a "How did we do? Reply 1โ€“5" text. 4s and 5s get the public review link; 1โ€“3s get a "sorry, let us fix it" message instead. Bad reviews get defused in private. It's like a bouncer, but for your reputation.

Step 5: Publish and watch the stars

Hit Publish. Every happy customer now becomes a billboard. You'll start checking your rating the way teenagers check their likes.

๐Ÿ† Warning: side effects include smug smiling at your Google listing and saying "oh, these old 5 stars?"
